1st, 2001.
Mark did his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, majoring
in mathematics, graduating in 1982.
He began his seminary studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in
Massachusetts and then transferred to Princeton.
After graduating from Princeton in 1988 he served for a year as an intern
at First Presbyterian Church in Bellevue Washington and then accepted a call
to West Side Church, Richland, Washington.
In the summer of 2001, the San Jose Presbytery approved the call of the Rev.
Mark Alan Inouye to serve as Head of Staff at the Morgan Hill Presbyterian
Church. Since coming to Morgan Hill, Mark has completed his
Doctor of Ministry Program at Fuller Theological seminary, where the focus
of his studies were in church renewal.
Beth, Mark's spouse, and their three children, Jamie, Alyson, and
Rebekah, are lovers of the outdoors. All three children play soccer and
the whole family enjoy hiking and camping and if Mark had to name a passion
it would be fly-fishing.
Stan George [Music Director]
Stan George is a trombonist, teacher, conductor and church musician. Stan has multiple music and music education degrees. He has directed choirs at Calvin Presbyterian Church in San Jose, Northminster Presbyterian Church in Salinas, and First Presbyterian Church in Hollister. He likes to walk in the Sierras, read books on political leaders and enjoys traveling and has a special interest in the Middle East. Stan's wife is also a musician who has taught string instruments at all levels from children at Valley Christian Schools to young adults at the University of Northern Colorado. Stan and Marilyn have three daughters and four grandchildren.
Daniel
Dupre [Worship Leader]
Daniel brings with him twenty-five years as a professional musician, as well
as nine years in music ministry.
He has played and sung in a broad range of styles, from Celtic folk music to
modern alternative rock. While his musical talents are obvious, what is most
impressive is his heart for God, his desire to help people discover God's
love for themselves, and his desire to see them grow in their faith.
David Frederick [Director of Student Ministries]
David has been a Christian since the end of his Junior year in High School and is an extremely indebted to the youth ministry of MHPC since it was through this church’s high school group that he came to Christ. David has been involved with youth ministry since 2001 first as a volunteer and then as a full-time staff member in 2004.
David currently lives in Morgan Hill with Pamela, his wife, and Ben, his son. David has a B.A. in Social Science from San Jose State University and a Master of Divinity degree from Western Seminary. He loves running, great food and is an avid reader. Additionally, he enjoys playing the guitar, listening to music, hiking and watching the great game of baseball.

Shari and her husband, Pat, both grew up in Redwood City, CA.
Shari first accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior as a young girl at "Vacation Bible School. Both Shari and Pat attended the Univ. of Calif., Davis.

1st and 4th grades. She attended Fuller Theological Seminary where
she received her Master's of Divinity, as well as her Master's in
Marriage and Family Counseling.
Starting in 1996, Shari worked for almost 10 years as an Associate
Pastor for Youth and Families at the First Presbyterian Church of Hollister.
In 2006, she joined the Christian Counseling Center here in Morgan Hill as a part-time
Marriage and Family Counselor.
In her free time, Shari enjoys reading novels, gardening, and jogging.
By God's grace, she prays that she can be a blessing to the children and families of MHPC.
Marilyn
Markham [Pianist/Organist]
Marilyn & "Mark" Markham have been at MHPC since 1962. Marilyn has been
organist/pianist since 1978, with time out to get a degree in music from
Arizona State University.
She and Mark have two daughters and four amazing grandchildren who they
enjoy having close by.
Lynn Wong [Admin. Assistant]
Lynn and her husband, Ed, are long time members at MHPC. They came to MHPC through their three kids who all have gone through vacation bible school (now called MAD Camp) and RAD as well as ECHO. They feel these groups helped their children grow in faith and gave their whole family a solid foundation in Christ. Ed and Lynn enjoy being Grow Group leaders on Friday nights together. Lynn also enjoys singing in the Choir, and has been part of our Worship Band during the second service. Lynn joined the staff in January 2011. She believes the Administrative Assistant position is the face of Morgan Hill Presbyterian Church in which she represents the Lord as well as every member here. Taking that responsibility personally means you can always find an open prayerful heart to meet with you or help connect you to our greater church and community resources when you call the office.
Sue
Sholer [Coordinator of Women's Ministries]
Sue accepted Christ at the age of seven during Vacation Bible School in
Chicago, Illinois. She grew up in a wonderful Christian home and began
serving the Lord at the age of 13.
Sue began serving the Lord at MHPC with Children's Ministry, and had the joy of starting a five day Vacation Bible School program in 1989. Since her kids were young at that time, she felt the need to start a monthly
program entitled MOM' s. This was a real encouragement, as they sought together in scripture the ways God wanted their children raised. After a bit of time, the Secret Sister program began as a tool for women to pray and remember one another during the course of a year. Sue also attended and became a leader in Bible Study Fellowship. She was content and happy, but then God changed her path in 2003! He put her into the position of Women's Ministry Coordinator and is truly loving it! Sue enjoys leading Bible Studies, as well as meeting and praying with women throughout the week.
